STANDARD FILTER CAGE

Forced draft cooler is generally used for cooling the gas at elevated temperature before passing through the bag filter or any other dust collector where high temperature gs are not recommended. In this cooler the hot gas is passed over the capsules and cold ambient air is passed through the capsule with the help of series of axil flow fans. The advantage of having axial flow fans is the whenever required, as for example in case of lower outlet temperature than desired. Couple of fans can be shut off as requited thereby saving energy. The other advantage of this type of cooler is that the hot air, which is coming out of the cooler, can be utilised elsewhere in the manufacturing process
